The Marketing and Communications Director will be responsible for;
Marketing and Communications strategy
Ensure articulation of the Bank's Marketing & Communications Strategy, its desired image and brand position, in line with the Bank's overall Vision and Strategy.
Creating and implementing Marketing and PR activities including a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the Bank's image and position within the marketplace and the general public.
Provide guidance to the CEO and wider business on marketing, brand communication, internal communication and public relations in general.
- Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of the Bank's Newsletter
- Write speeches, corporate messages, etc. for the CEO and EMC members, for internal or external use such as events, conferences.
- Coordinate media interest in the Bank and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests.
- Write corporate articles, messages and posts for online and social media channels.

The Successful Applicant
The successful Marketing and Communications Director will demonstrate a highly successful track record of creating and operating MarComm programmes. You will be at Director level, or at 'Head of' level looking for the next step up, with the desire to work in a collaborative and personable environment.
You will have ability to provide creative solutions with a professional and positive approach. You will reflect the working environment and ethos of the business by being a driven, collaborative and innovative person who enjoys working in a dynamic and international business based in London.
Ideally you will have a background in financial services, banking or a regulatory environment. Of critical importance is being fluent in written and spoken French.
