Job Description

  • Own the brand strategy and execution across all channels, consolidating retail and e-commerce into one growth engine.
  • Deliver campaigns that grow sales now while building the brand for tomorrow, with full P&L and ROI accountability.
  • Champion customer obsession by embedding insight-led thinking to anticipate and respond to consumer needs and cultural trends.
  • Drive creative courage through breakthrough storytelling and calculated risk-taking to differentiate the brand.
  • Elevate the omni-channel experience, connecting digital, in-store, and delivery touchpoints to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Expand e-commerce and CRM, boost lifetime value, and execute loyalty initiatives powered by data.
  • Inspire and develop talent by building, coaching, and empowering a high-performing marketing team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Marketing Director should have:

  • 10+ years of business experience, with at least 3 years in a senior marketing position.
  • Proven track record in F&B, QSR, retail, or similar fast-paced consumer industries.
  • Expertise in integrated brand, retail, and digital strategies, including e-commerce, CRM, and performance marketing.
  • Experience managing significant marketing and media budgets
  • Strong commercial acumen, balancing brand-building with performance marketing and understanding P&L, ROI, and market share dynamics.
  • Skilled in data-driven marketing, CRM, CX, and direct response campaigns.
