Job Description

Overall responsibilities

  • Responsibility for all brand & commercial activities within the local market by managing and executing the global initiatives while developing national brand strategy across all channels
  • Covering all channels (off-/online) including project business, campaigns, events, PR and all digital Marketing and activation initiatives
  • Collaborating on strategic brand and category marketing level with the aim to increase brand equity/brand awareness/brand desirability, as well as executing global digital strategies and implementing sales-driven activations whilst optimizing all local activities to deliver agreed upon ROI measures


  • Analyzing, monitoring market dynamics, consumer and customer insights, competitor developing
  • Driving market share growth (value/volume) in all categories

Brand & Communication

  • Executing global key strategic, promotional and digital campaigns, add ROI driven local promotions to complement
  • Driving brand equity/brand awareness/brand desirability in the local market
  • Implementing and managing the Social Media & influencer strategy
  • Defining the market product assortment with regards to sales volume, turnover and profitability; channel-specific assortment defining
  • Plan analysis per product group as a basis and derive measures and local promotions to reach budget
  • Planning, coordinating and controlling the strategic goals for the product categories including product launches

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Leading national marketing/commercial team and supporting the local leadership team as member, as well as inspirer
  • Building close and strong co-operation within with all departments, outmost Sales/Operations/Finance

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant

  • University degree or equivalent in BA, preferably Marketing or equivalent
  • 5+ years business experience as Marketing Director/Head of Marketing/Marketing Manager of a leading retail brand
  • Strong relationship, leadership and networking skills
  • Driving results based on a consumer centric thinking, performance / result oriented
  • High business acumen & commercial mindset
  • Strong strategic thinker with strategic agility and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage and collaborate with multiple stakeholder outside of reporting lines - strong communication skills
  • Excellent communication and representation skills in Polish and in English
