About Our Client

Our client is a global leader in the generic pharmaceuticals industry, on their behalf we are currently looking for a Marketing Manager Hungary to be based in Budapest.

Job Description

The responsibilities of the Marketing Manager Hungary will be as follows, but not limited to:

  • Building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in oncology and haematology,
  • Build effective relationships across a matrix of regional and country stakeholders who will be instrumental in ensuring launch excellence,
  • Oversee the establishment of effective launch plans and ensure clear understanding of accountability,
  • Lead products launch projects to ensure they are executed on time and within budget where applicable,
  • Create Marketing and Product Material and Coordination for Physician and Pharmacies,
  • Providing sales and marketing analysis,
  • Support the implementation of the Biosimilars strategy according to European marketing plan,
  • Salesforce Productivity Support.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for Marketing Manager Hungary will possess the following skills & experience:

  • University degree in Marketing, Economics, or equivalent experience,
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry, experience in oncology and haematology therapeutic area,
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing with an international pharmaceutical company in a similar function of a senior brand manager or junior marketing manager,
  • An in-depth knowledge of generic drugs as well as an understanding of the therapeutic context including the competitor landscape,
  • An understanding of the national and regional health environment including its structure, policy, key members,
  • A track record of success supporting commercial launches and/or life cycle management in the pharmaceutical industry,
  • Organised with high level planning and organisational skills,
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Willingness to take initiative and become directly involved in planning, problem solving and execution of work in a team environment.
  • Anticipates future industry trends and opportunities, proactively develops plans to address these and communicates them to senior management,
  • Fluent Hungarian and English language skills are mandatory for this position.
