Job Description

  • Lead the planning and execution of clinical operations projects within the healthcare department.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise healthcare project delivery.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, identifying and addressing potential risks.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all clinical operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the clinical operations team.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in clinical operations.

The Successful Applicant

Clinical & Medical Leadership



  • Provide clinical leadership across all longevity-focused programs, ensuring excellence in patient safety, outcomes, and experience.


  • Serve as the primary medical authority for program design, protocols, and standards of care.


  • Apply expertise in biomarkers of aging, advanced diagnostics, and preventive interventions to guide patient pathways.



Program Innovation & Development



  • Design and implement innovative, evidence-based clinical programs that integrate longevity science, biotechnology, and digital health.


  • Translate emerging research into scalable, patient-centered services.


  • Collaborate with R&D, product development, and data science teams to drive innovation in longevity solutions.



Operational Excellence



  • Develop and oversee clinical operations, SOPs, and quality management systems to ensure program scalability and regulatory compliance.


  • Mentor and supervise clinical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.


  • Monitor and evaluate performance metrics for effectiveness, safety, and patient satisfaction.



Strategic Collaboration & Thought Leadership



  • Partner with academic institutions, biotech innovators, and external experts to strengthen longevity initiatives.


  • Represent the organization in scientific and clinical forums, contributing to thought leadership in longevity medicine.


  • Provide strategic input at the executive level to align clinical innovation with organizational goals.

What's on Offer



  • Medical Degree (MD, DO, or equivalent) required, ideally with specialization in internal medicine, geriatrics, preventive medicine, functional medicine, or a related field.


  • Minimum 5-8 years of clinical experience, with a proven track record in longevity medicine, preventive healthcare, or translational research.


  • Strong knowledge of aging biology, personalized health interventions, and advanced preventive diagnostics.


  • Demonstrated leadership in clinical operations or program development, preferably in innovative healthcare or research-driven environments.


  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills with the ability to influence across functions.


  • Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for transforming healthcare and driving the future of longevity.
