Job Description

  • Managing a team of business consultants, telemarketing, back office, CSM, campaigns.
  • Achievement of the income and margins budget.
  • Design, development and coordination of business plans defined to increase the existing business and capture new opportunities. It will carry out the analysis of the evolution of sales and profitability, justification of desviations, proposal and planning of corrective actions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve distribution and open new markets.
  • Coordinate activities between sales and marketing teams to introduce new campaigns and make decisions that drive sales growth.
  • Lead the multifunctional team of sales force, telemarketing, business analysts and CSM: work planning, organization and follow up, accompaniment, training and motivation, selection and mentoring.
  • Definition and follow up of incentives for the sales force.

The Successful Applicant

  • Prospective candidates will be of graduate calibre with a demonstrable track record of success operating in significant sales leadership roles gained in the B2B service sector within mid market accounts.
  • Ability to negotiate business agreements and enhance existing and new relationships.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proven ability to implement strategic initiatives with efficiency, professionalism and with demonstrated trouble shooting / problem solving skills.
  • Strong presentations and communication skills required.
  • Experience working in a global organisation preferred.
