About Our Client
Our Client is a global manufacturing organization operating in B2B business. We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced, result-oriented and business-driven Performance Manager who will support the company in maintaining its leading market position and who will facilitate its further growth.
Job Description
- Develop, track, and communicate accurate and timely Key Performance Indicators to constantly improve the performance of the business
- Identify and analyze current and past trends, KPIs and reports to to identify areas for cost and efficiency improvements and to increase overall profitability across the business areas
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
- Highlight trends and analyze causes of unexpected variances
- To liaise with finance teams to understand key business drivers of current and expected future performance as well as identifying new performance improvement opportunities.
- Consistently improving the efficiency and effectiveness of planning/reporting systems and processes which implies the suggesting and following up on the implementation of improvements and updates to the system
- Participate actively in the process of Road Map projects identification; to monitor actively with the detailed insight the progress of these projects together with deep understanding of their planned and actual financial impact.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in similar role from a production company
- Operational background
- Educated to university degree level in business or finance
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills including ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial people
- Commercial focus, strong drive, business maturity
- Highly developed analytic skills with an ability to focus on key drivers of trends
- A high-level working knowledge of Business Intelligence systems
- Fluent Polish and English
- Openness to travel occasionally is essential
