Job Description
- Establish clear business strategies and objectives alongside board members.
- Review the Company's performance against set objectives.
- Promote the best use of financial and non-financial resources.
- Regularly attend and participate in board meetings.
- Maintain the standards of Corporate Governance and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Company's activities and industry-related best practices.
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience in a manufacturing role. Familiarity with polymers/plastics or periphery industries will be an advantage.
- Free of any relationship with the Company and its shareholders.
- Does not have a conflict of interest with the Company's operations, e.g. employed by a competitor.
- Familiarity with Corporate Governance will be an advantage.
