Job Description

The North America Benefits and Pensions Manager will maintain benefit and income protection programs by evaluating, recommending, and managing benefit and retirement programs and vendors in the US and Canada. A member of the Reward Team that consists of US/Canada and UK&I and RoW members across the UK and US offices you will report into the US based Global head of Benefits.

The Benefits Manager will evaluate plans on an ongoing basis and recommend programs to leaders which reflect industry trends.

They will comply with federal, state, and local requirements, enforce adherence to requirements, and advise leadership on needed actions.

Manage new hire and annual enrolment cycles and inform colleagues of benefit offerings by preparing and distributing benefit communications.

Provide leadership in Leave of Absence management.

Prepare special reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising data.

Resolve queries and drive resolution on retirement programs queries.

Train other team members and company stakeholders on relevant practices and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

The successful North America Benefits and Pensions Manager will be a US citizen working in the UK with prior 'home' experience managing US and Canadian Benefits and Pensions vendors and programmes or be working for a global company where they focus on this area as the SME (subject matter expert)
