Job Description

  • Demand agreement process - Champion the whole process including interaction across teams, functions and also in the face of the customer
  • Supply Agreement process - Champion the supply analysis and agreement sign off using the demand process to drive the planning signal through to the plant and suppliers, to conclude a meaningful plan to ensure delivery of customer requirements
  • Integration - Bring plans together for pre-Executive sign off aligning the whole business around the cycle and looking out 12-18 months
  • Executive review - Bring the whole plan together to include demand, supply, working capital and risk analysis to ensure full executive sign of
  • Timely reporting to senior leadership supply network risks to deliver commercial plan
  • Develop team skills to ensure good mentorship
  • Constantly analyze the supply network to look for optimization opportunities & agility
  • Develop new networks as required with business expansion
  • Identify capacity constraints and contribute to capital plans
  • Managing order management and release to distribution centers
  • Manage NA wide inventory deployment

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Operations or related. Preferred Management qualifications, MBA & Operational management experience
  • Demonstrated experience of running S&OP process
  • Experience of large complex consumer business with significant peak period management
  • Demonstrated complex project leadership
  • Ability to operate at Executive level in a high-pressure results driven environment
  • Preferred Knowledge of Oracle operating system, but not essential
