Job Description

  • Determine the Omnichannel strategic business roadmap
  • Develop "ways to shop" value proposition and company voice
  • Identify company strengths and weaknesses, current gaps, and ways to better address customer needs that drive revenue growth. Ensure workstreams are successful to execution.
  • Develop plans for further implementation of omnichannel into physical store fleet
  • Oversee Omnichannel innovation and relevant Key Strategic Initiatives\
  • Growth of Omnichannel customer base, including growth in the already fast-growing Ecommerce channel

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree + MBA
  • 3+ years of Director level or above leadership
  • 5+ years of Omni-Channel marketing experience
  • Able to successfully manage multiple project deliverables and budgets
  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Robust experience owning and supporting the entire product life-cycle of successful tech products
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and presentation
  • Advanced English language skills
