For their new created Value Creation team, we are looking for an Operating Partner to take care of new and existing portfolio companies. This role requires strong communication skills, with an ability to engage across a range of portfolio businesses, understand different business models and work proactively with the respective CEO's of each portfolio business on strategy and value-driving initiatives.
