Job Description

  • Take responsibility for the development of selected practice(s) of Page Executive in Turkey
  • Develop a network of business contacts on the Turkish market among C-level professionals
  • Identify new business opportunities, win new clients and tenders (provide presentations, negotiate contracts and terms & conditions)
  • Offer advisory services and tailored-made solutions to clients
  • Manage the recruitment processes from interview to offer management
  • Represent the company and the brand at conferences and other networking events
  • As a member of the global Page Executive team - share experiences and practices, drive business relations, take part in practice's meetings
  • Support the further development of Page Group and Page Executive in accordance with the Group strategy

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-14 years of business experience - recruitment / executive search or a mix of business experience and recruitment
  • Demonstrate a proactive networking approach, ability to be a business partner for local and global decision makers (including but not limited to C-level professionals, regional function heads, management and supervisory boards)
  • Have a proven track record in delivering agreed revenue targets and KPI's, strong financial and commercial acumen
  • Experienced in managing multiple and complex advisory projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong negotiation skills with exceptional customer service attitude
  • Outstanding communication, time management and multitasking skills
  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
