We are currently expanding our presence in Switzerland and seeking to recruit experienced and business-oriented professional who will take part in the further development of our Page Executive brand in Switzerland with offices in Zurich, Geneva or Lausanne.
Job Description
- Build up the new Healthcare & Life Science practice with a dedicated team
- Business development and acquisition within the Healthcare & Life Science sector in Switzerland and the DACH region
- Manage the whole executive search project: advising & coaching on high-profile leadership hires, advising on search strategy and ideal candidates profiles, handle candidate workflow, building proactive relationships with passive candidates to engage them over a longer terms basis.
- Responsibility for the development of all business activities in the HC&LS business
- Leverage European network across Group brands: Michael Page and Page Personnel
- Develop a network of business contacts in Switzerland among C-level and Board
- Identify new business opportunities, win new clients and tenders (provide presentations, negotiate contracts and advise on market developments, new trends)
- Offer the client tailored made search solutions and develop the relationship
- Represent the company and the brand at conferences and networking events
- Drive global business initiatives and take an active part in regular European practice meetings with other experts within the Group
- Support the further development of Page Group and Page Executive in accordance with the Group strateg
The Successful Applicant

8-15 years of executive search experience or a mix of business experience and recruitment

University degree or equivalent

Demonstrate a proactive networking approach, ability to be a business partner for local and global decision makers (including but not limited to C-level professionals, regional function heads, management and supervisory boards)

Proven track record in delivering revenue targets with strong commercial acumen

Experienced in managing multiple and complex search projects in a fast-paced environment

Strong negotiation and presentation skills with exceptional customer service attitudeOutstanding communication, time management and multitasking skills
- Fluency in English and German mandatory
