My Partner is a well-known FMCG company, one of the leaders in its market sector globally. To strengthen their team we are looking for an experienced People & Culture Director that will focus on bringing the company to the next level.
Job Description
- Partner with senior leaders to improve on current programs and initiatives, and where needed, develop and implement new programs and initiatives directly aligned to business strategy in the areas of performance management, career development, organizational design, succession planning, talent development, compensation planning and employee relations
- Lead organizational change (including EVP and EB) and design by working with senior leaders to identify business requirements and implement appropriate solutions
- Run HR programs for key contributor and management positions; concentration on soft skills development and enhancing employee's knowledge by coaching, counselling, career development
- Review all the current processes and policies to identify and recommend appropriate solutions
- Liaise with HR Leadership internationally on strategies and programs
- Management and leadership of diverse teams
The Successful Applicant
- Experience operating as an HR Director with a proven track record in meeting high standards in a demanding, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Experience in assisting in building organizational strategies, preferably in both, commercial and manufacturing environment, preferably in FMCG sector
- Profound HR expertise with a special focus on EVP projects, talent development, performance management and review / new processes implementation
- Outstanding 'internal client focus' and high standards, including experience of setting and monitoring HR process and identifying areas of further improvements
- Knowledge of HR fundamentals (labor law, employee relations, payroll) are essential
- Natural ability to influence and deals with a demanding group of shareholders both locally and internationally
- Strong interpersonal skills to immediately establish the necessary credibility on all the levels of the organization
- Experience in successfully managing, nurturing and developing professional teams
- Very good coaching and facilitation skills
- Open and cross-culturally minded
- Good knowledge of different IT tools
- Fluency in Polish and very good command of English is a must
