My client is a global FMCG business experiencing rapid, yet sustainable, year on year growth.

Job Description

As the Planning Director, you will lead both demand and supply planning as well as the S&OP process to deliver outstanding customer service levels. You will be responsible to ensure;

  • Effective leadership and management of your valued team in what can be a fast paced environment to ensure the potential of your valued colleagues is full realised.
  • Development of the strategy to ensure that the goals of growth across market share and volume are realised and delivered in a profitable and efficient manner
  • Execution of the demand and supply plans
  • Management of the S&OP Process
  • Building strong relationships with key suppliers and co-packers to ensure best in class service

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success as in a Planning leadership role within an FMCG business of scale.

She/he will have excellent leadership, management, communication and stakeholder management skills and will have delivered excellent customer service to customers across an international region.

Key selection criteria will include, but not be limited to;

  • Excellent track record leading a planning function inclusive of demand, supply, materials and S&OP
  • The ability to optimise the supply network to deliver best service and quality at the best price
  • Contract manufacturing / Co-Packer management
  • Proven track record of delivering excellence through your people management skills with achievements in the development of your teams

What's on Offer

In addition to joining a business on a strong growth trajectory, you will receive a basic salary of £70,000 to £90,000 DOE plus excellent benefits inclusive of car allowance and bonus
