Job Description
In line with company policies, the person will have the following main responsibilities:
- Ensure the operational management of the production plant, guaranteeing a high level of quality and compliance with existing regulations
- Coordinate production activities in the plant and optimise processes in terms of efficiency
- Manage the company's internal environmental and safety issues, liaising with the RSPP
- Supervise the logistic area with internal warehouses and shipments
- Manage and coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance programs in line with group strategies
- Identify critical areas and implement appropriate actions
- Contribute to the expansion of business lines in line with the needs of specific markets and sectors
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent background;
- Proven experience in the food industry in a plant management role
- Previous experience in industrial settings with a focus on operations
- Knowledge of Lean principles, Industry 4.0 and energy efficiency concepts are desirable
- Excellent knowledge and use of software applications and the Microsoft Office package
- Proven leadership skills, proactivity and authority, gained through managerial roles
- Analytical and organisational abilities, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate in entrepreneurial contexts with a good level of autonomy and precision
- Results-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, and enthusiasm
- Fluent knowledge of Italian and English languages is required
