Your expertise will drive the company to new accomplishments. You will play a key role in ensuring that the plant runs efficiently, safely, and meets production targets while adhering to quality and environmental standards.

Job Description

-Take charge of site environmental, health, and safety responsibilities while resolving building issues effectively.

- Champion initiatives to cultivate a culture of safety, striving for zero incidents in the workplace.

- Prioritize an outstanding customer experience by continuously improving shipping efficiency and minimizing customer complaints.

- Develop quality and continuous improvement programs to exceed site targets, including Lean initiatives and process enhancements.

- Align and disseminate strategic objectives throughout the organization, clarifying expectations for both direct and matrixed subordinates.

-Create and manage the production budget and operational plans.

- Make operational decisions, policies, and resource allocations to ensure target achievement and successful strategy execution.

- Collaborate with support staff and matrixed teams to meet operational needs.

- Participate in monthly meetings, including Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and financial, quality, and safety reviews.

- Manage performance, define objectives, and conduct evaluations to ensure fairness and growth.

- Maximize resources to meet or exceed employee engagement and talent development targets.

- Utilize succession planning outcomes to support business objectives.

- Develop a high-performing team through coaching, delegation, and talent empowerment.

- Demonstrate experience in leading plant transformations in dynamic market environments.

- Drive organizational transformation, including structural changes, to meet goal

- Skilled in strategic and tactical thinking, adept at innovative problem-solving.

- Strong team builder, fostering collaboration with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Effective at forming working relationships across all organizational levels, including collaboration with the Workers Council.

- Inspires and energizes teams at all levels, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

- Adaptable in a fast-paced, global matrix organization, displaying resilience.

- Quick learner, embracing new concepts and methods.

- Proven experience in Operational Excellence and Lean methodologies, including Six Sigma.

- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Polish and English, with strong written and spoken communication skills in both.
