Fine-tuning of value based pricing for premium offerings to the marketStrengthening the organizational capabilities and improving processes to ensure optimized plant performance and sales of products, solutions and servicesBeing the representative of company for external relations (union, associations and public institutions)Coaching and empowering staff to take controlled initiatives within the delegated authoritiesThe Successful ApplicantBachelor degree from reputable universities, master degree is a plusMinimum 15 years of experience gained in leading production & sales driven industrial company in plant management and/or sales coupled with full P/L responsibilityExperience in B2B sales development and implementation; selling industrial products to the target markets such as food & beverage, retail, automotive, chemical, pharmaceuticals, heavy industry is an advantageHaving strong business acumen and commercial mindset, high achieverInvolving and inspiring leader and pragmatic executor with strong analytical and strategic skills (diplomatic but convincing)Structured, process oriented and methodical with the ability to switch from the big picture to details when neededFluency in English is a mustWhat's on OfferPlant organization is at a stage where new incumbent can really develop and leave her/his footprintsOpportunity to gain experience in a multi-cultural environment which encourages taking initiativeVisibility/impactHaving the chance to work with a strong head office teamThe position is located in Çorum.
