About Our Client
Our client is one of the world's leading FMCG companies with a renowned brand, and a top leader in its' category. Their Asia business has done well last year and to continue the growth, the company is looking for a strategic sales leader with strong people management to oversee the Hong Kong market with a focus on the On-Premise sector.
- Review each channel within On-Premise sector, develop and implement effective sales & commercial strategies
- Work closely with marketing, leverage advertising & promotion effectiveness to drive sales
- Lead a high performance sales team and develop portfolio for the different sales channels, riding on market dynamics, new innovation and potential opportunities
- Overall sector P&L responsibilities
- Continuous improvement in sales operations and execution excellence
- Provide overall guidance and coaching to elevate sales team
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should be an university graduate with solid FMCG industry experience, including a minimum of 6 years' sales leadership position. Proven success and strong knowledge on On-Premise channel preferred.
You will be a highly strategic and innovative sales professional with strong commercial acumen and numerical sense. You will have a positive and inquisitive mindset, preferably with proven track record turning ideas into action and solid sales performance.
Acton-oriented and dynamic, you can work well in a fluid environment, enjoy building business partnerships and capable of implementing & managing changes. You will also possess excellent negotiation & presentation skills with the ability to interact & influence with internal and external stakeholders.
You have a passion for success and are an energetic leader, who can engage & energise sales team to reach for higher goals.
Excellent command of English and Chinese essential for this position.
