Operational Oversight:Manage the school's day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless delivery of the Cambridge curriculum across early years, primary, and secondary levels.Lead staff development initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.Ensure compliance with local regulations and Cambridge curriculum standards.Build strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and the wider school community.3.
