Job Description

  • Provide legal counsel and guidance on private equity and investment matters.
  • Draft and negotiate complex contracts, agreements, and transactional documents.
  • Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client needs.
  • Manage and oversee deal structuring, including fund formation and financing.
  • Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments impacting private equity and investments.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and expertise.
  • Assist in developing strategies for business growth and client acquisition.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the state bar.
  • Strong expertise in private equity and investment transactions.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
