Private Real Estate Controller

• Manage and oversee the financial reporting process for private real estate investments.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement efficient financial processes.
• Provide strategic financial analysis to support business decisions and growth initiatives.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting for real estate projects.
• Review and approve financial statements and investor reports.
• Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate audit processes.
• Identify and implement improvements to financial systems and controls.
