Job Description

  • Product Strategy & Road mapping: Define and execute a product road map aligned with market needs and sustainability goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, Sales, and Marketing to maximise product reach and impact.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Monitor trends and competitors, ensuring our products remain at the forefront of market.
  • Product Launch & Management: Oversee the life cycle of products from development to market, driving adoption and impact.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Lead initiatives to ensure products align with regulatory standards and environmental benchmarks.



The Successful Applicant

  • Track record - Strong track record in the leadership of product management, ideally within related sector.
  • Leadership: Proven success in managing product teams and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to set and drive a cohesive product strategy with a strong focus on growth and sustainability.
  • Market Expertise: Familiarity with UK/EU regulatory requirements for sustainable products.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficient in using data to inform product direction and strategy.
