Job Description

  • Upstream Marketing - Strategy & Portfolio Leadership
  • Drive product and portfolio strategy development
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis
  • Define value propositions, positioning, and pricing strategy
  • Contribute to business cases and long-term growth planning
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Regulatory, and Global Marketing
  • Downstream Marketing - Commercial Execution & Growth
  • Develop and implement go-to-market and launch strategies
  • Create sales enablement tools and marketing materials
  • Support sales teams with training and market insights
  • Lead campaign execution and performance tracking
  • Monitor KPIs and derive actionable growth initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
  • Proven experience within the MedTech or broader Healthcare industry
  • Background in Upstream, Downstream, or full lifecycle product marketing
  • Strong analytical mindset combined with commercial acumen
  • Experience working in international, matrix-driven organizations
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus, depending on market scope)
