Job Description
The Production Director is a key member of the Production team, and plays a key role in developing the direction and priorities of the Production function and continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of production operations.
His main responsibilities are :
-Overseeing the workforce in the production department.
-Striving to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines.
-Ensuring all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines.
-Setting ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel.
-Establishing work-flow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity.
-Work on new projects to increase plant capacity.
The Successful Applicant
Industrial Civil Engineer or Mechanical Engineer.
At least 10 years of professional experience as Production Manager.
Experience in multinational companies specially in productive industries.
Solid knowledge in software of production management, related IT Systems, technical path and strong mechanical knowledge.
Fluent level of French and ideal English.
