About Our Client

My client is a global 3rd party Construction Management, Owner Rep firm looking to bring on a Project Manager / Owner Representative (Capital Improvements). Their projects include education, commercial, heath care, and more.

Job Description

*Oversee, run, and execute multiple complex projects from initial start to completion

*Manage and coordinate all project documents from proposals to insurance, permits to drawings, invoices to forms, etc

*Assist in managing client relationships

*Coordinate project and client receivables & deliverable including all communication

*Schedule and maintain project calendars, milestones, and due dates

*Track client project budgets, expenses, payments, requisitions, invoices etc

*Other project management services as required

The Successful Applicant

Privous work experience should include direct involvement in:

  • Institutional projects
  • Change of use process
  • Construction administration
  • Coordinating between or with A/E teams, contractors, and various stakeholders
  • Schedule and budget management
