Ideal candidate should be smart, with high EQ and excellent communication skill;with growth mindset and keep learning; RA experience in Macromolecular products; good experience in developing RA strategy and cooperating with clinical department to develop clinical development strategy;good project management skills; good command of English and Mandarin.
