Job Description

  • Inspire and guide a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the OEM to define development and deployment strategies.
  • Lead the integration of locally developed features into the core next generation system
  • Manage budgets, personnel, and timelines to ensure efficient delivery of project milestones.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and service providers, to ensure alignment and compliance.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 15 years of experience in R&D or software development with strong leadership background
  • Proven track record in delivering safety-critical or mission-critical systems.
