Great role for a Mid-Senior Level Commercial Real Estate Associate with 5+ years experience in commercial NY leasing work and NY bar, to work in this highly collaborative Real Estate boutique law firm in Brooklyn (hybrid, in-office two/ days week). As Mid/ Senior Real Estate Associate you will have a varied role assisting clients with varied commercial real estate leases, transactions and providing wider counsel.

Job Description

A varied role, as Mid-Senior Level Real Estate Associate, you will:

  • work on a range of commercial real estate leases
  • versatile approach to providing a variety of clients with real estate leasing, financing, transactions and briader counsel
  • provide a consistently high level of service, working with property developers, retailers, landlords and large organizations with their varied real estate needs

The Successful Applicant

The successful Mid-Senior Level Real Estate Associate, will have demonstrable experience:

  • Juris Doctor
  • Admitted to practice in New York
  • 5+ years commercial real estate leasing experience
  • Mature, team spirited and customer first approach
  • Strong written skills essential, experienced in commercial NY leasing
  • Candidates must be available to interview in mid-late November and be entitled to work in the US without sponsorship (now or in the future)

  • Base salary: c. $175,000 - $250,000 PA (depending on experience)
