Job Description

  • Advise clients on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing matters.
  • Draft and negotiate complex real estate agreements and contracts.
  • Conduct due diligence and manage transaction closings.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
  • Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on risk management and legal implications.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and other related legal proceedings.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Three to five years of commercial real estate experience (class years 2021-2023)
  • Strong background in acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, fund formation, and leasing
  • Record of high academic achievement
  • Experience in a sophisticated law‑firm environment
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and transactional skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and client demands
  • Collaborative, proactive, and committed to professional growth
