Job Description

Reporting directly to the Managing Director LATAM, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the company's mission and objectives.
  • Lead innovation and growth strategies to expand the company's market share in Brazil.
  • Expand and Strengthen the Regional Dealership Network.
  • Manage supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Oversee recruitment, and development of staff, ensuring a positive, productive workplace environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all governmental laws and regulations relevant to the two-wheeler industry in Brazil.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, complemented by significant managerial experience within the two-wheeler industry. A deep understanding of the Brazilian market and commercial development is essential. Additionally, proficiency in English, along with other relevant languages, is a key requirement. This role calls for an individual who combines industry knowledge with cultural insight, ensuring effective leadership and business success in the Brazilian context.
