The CMO will be instrumental in planning, developing, implementing and monitoring the overall business marketing strategy with a strong focus on their digital side.
Job Description
- Oversee a company's overall advertising and sales strategy
- Drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities, mostly through their eCommerce platform
- Develop the structure of the business's marketing department
- Negotiate advertising contacts
- Approve marketing campaign ideas
- Coordinate marketing efforts with the company's financial and branding goals
The Successful Applicant
- Start up experience preferred, or alternatively an interest in a dynamic, fast-paced environment in which you will have autonomy to make overall decisions on strategy and execution
- 10 years of eCommerce experience with a focus on strategy
- Interested in a healthy lifestyle - experience in a nutrition company preferred but not mandatory
- Fluent English, Japanese/Mandarin an advantage but not required
