This position will partner closely with Country General Managers, Sales Directors, and Marketing teams to translate global strategies into locally relevant execution, ensuring alignment with long-term commercial priorities.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement holistic revenue management strategies (pricing, trade terms, promotions, portfolio mix) to maximize value creation.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitive pricing, and promotional effectiveness to enhance profitability.
  • Partner with Finance to strengthen margin management and identify profit pools
  • Translate consumer and shopper insights into clear growth drivers for the category.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to design tailored solutions that create value for both retailers and shoppers.
  • Lead the development of joint business plans with key retailers, ensuring win-win outcomes.
  • Oversee shopper marketing programs and activation excellence across all channels.
  • Design, optimize, and execute Route-to-Market models that ensure effective distribution and availability across diverse trade channels.
  • Build sales operations capabilities including forecasting, trade investment optimization, and field force effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 15 years of commercial leadership experience in FMCG, with exposure to regional or multi-country roles.
  • Strong track record in at least two of the four pillars (Revenue Management, Category Leadership, Customer Marketing, Sales Operations/RTM).
  • Proven ability to manage complexity across diverse markets, cultures, and business models.
  • Demonstrated success in influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on executional drive.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.
