About Our Client

Our client is a leading luxury retailer with global presence all over the world. In line of their goal on continuous improvement in customer journey, they are looking for a seasoned director with dedicated focus on customer experience.

Job Description

Reporting to regional head of strategy and operation, this role will lead a small regional team with key objectives of enhancing customer experience journey all the way from building brand awareness to post-service feedback. Working closely with different parties including strategy, operation, front-line sales, IT, to supply chain, you will be the key focal point to ensure that there are no silos while bringing in new ideas on positive customer experience and implementing them in a seamless manner.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should have solid b2c industry experience with proven track record on overseeing "O2O" customer experience journey - ideally you should be from retail industry but other industries with strong focus on individual customer experience will also be considered. You should be a real driver and idea generator having worked in a sizeable organisation at group/regional capacity. Chinese language is a big plus given the strong China market focus.
