Our client is a growing non-profit educational organization well supported by its online and offline tools. In line of their increasing sophistication in programs, they are looking to hire the head of M&E (Monitoring & Evaluation).

Job Description

With great flexibility to be based in any home locations, this head of M&E (Monitoring & Evaluation) role will be reporting to the regional CEO overseeing regional scope spanning from APAC, Middle East, Latin America to Africa.

Leading the regional teams sitting in various locations, you will be tasked to develop and implement educational program leveraging on insights and data from both internal and external sources.

By developing the corresponding reports and impact framework, you will be responsible for continuing to design and upgrading existing programs by bringing in new ideas and educating the stakeholders that includes the product/program team as well as other partnering organizations.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should possess on-the-ground experience in all/multiple regions (APAC, Middle east, Latin America, Africa) with solid monitoring/evaluation/impact assessment experience.

You probably should be from one of the NGOs at the capacity of M&E specialist or other equivalent operation/strategies/data analytic/learning & development roles that cover the relevant aspects.

Alternatively, candidates with related experience in EdTech organizations will also be considered but it is critical that the candidates need to be working in a tech-based organization with strong knowledge in statistics and data analytic tools.
