About Our Client
Our client is a renowned non-profit organisation with global footprint - being renowned for its effort in advocating on critical sustainability issues like decarbonisation and climate change etc. They are looking for a seasoned leader who can drive the changes via partnership and other alliance initiatives.
Job Description
Being part of the regional partnership team in APAC region, you will act as a key external focal point that represents the organisation to interact with the key stakeholders and key opinion leaders across Asia (with stronger focus in South East Asia region) on driving and implementing different climate- and nature-related strategic planning initiatives and projects with the partners, government, corporate and other internal teams.In addition, you will also act as a sole coordinator for the ongoing alliance formed by the organisation together with other association with ultimate goal of speeding up the ESG agenda among the ecosystem. You need to ensure that the objectives, message and direction are well aligned.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you need to have good understanding about the ESG subject matters like carbon market/decarbonisation, nature-based solutions, climate change. You should already be having solid network with stakeholders in the ecosystem in South East Asia market.Furthermore, you need to possess excellent project management and coordination skills - being comfortable working in a complex environment with multiple organisations/stakeholders being involved in decision making. You should be a great relationship builder who is flexible and tactful in striking consensus and alignment to keep the ball rolling.
