Job Description

  • Define and execute regional strategies; lead cross-functional teams for launches and portfolio management.
  • Drive sales growth and profitability; oversee marketing and sales activities; monitor KPIs.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and market access; build relationships with authorities and payers.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing regional team; promote innovation and collaboration.
  • Engage with KOLs and represent the company at regional forums.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven leadership in specialty/branded pharmaceuticals; strong P&L management; LATAM market expertise.
  • Strategic mindset, execution capability, multicultural team leadership, and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent English and Spanish.
