This individual will interact with an international team on full spectrum of strategic people issues with focus around change management, organization development and transformation, ensuring that the businesses remain competitive with talent culture and mobility. The firm is hyper growing and the environment will require you to be highly versatile to manage teams or effective as sole contributor to lead regional initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

With around 10 years of HR Business Partner experience, the ideal candidate will have a blend of consulting and corporate experiences, from technology companies and with track record of success in helping a business to grow rapidly. You will come across as commercial and strategic, and nimble to interact with cross-regional teams and senior stakeholders, providing effective solutions to support business goals.
