About Our Client
A market-leading consumer goods giant with a globally recognised brand, due to a recent restructure across the Asia region and new leadership appointments, a qualified and strategic Human Resources individual is required to oversee the future direction of the function and drive the Human Resources agenda in the region.
This position requires full competency across Human Resources strategy, remuneration, diversity & inclusion, leadership, talent development, policy, stakeholder engagement, with regional responsibility. Partnering with the recently appointed Managing Director, you will have the responsibility to drive Human Resources Transformation across 8 locations in Asia, working closely with the global head office to deliver on the group people strategy in the coming months.
The Successful Applicant
You will have 15+ years experience in a globally matrixed organisation, with multi-country coverage in Asia (EMEA would be an advantage), from a consumer led organisation. Candidates will be assessed on their regional competencies managing large-scale transformation projects and ability to drive culture change across all levels of employees.
