About Our Client

We are presenting an established market leader in the consumer sector with a strong recognisable brand name. Due to talent mobility, there is now an opportunity for a HR business partner to join the regional team.

Job Description

Reporting to the Group Head of Human Resources and leading a team, this individual will drive the full spectrum of HR topics across multiple countries in Southeast Asia, actively partnering the C-suite and Managing Directors to develop recommendations to strategic plans with the goals to drive organisational success, talent management and attraction as well as enhancing employee engagement regionally.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated sound knowledge of HR best practices with leadership experience in business process optimisation and talent related initiatives, influencing top management. It will be desirable if the candidate has background in consumer industry, but this is not a must-have. Instead, candidates with excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude to thrive in a fast growing environment will be considered favourably.
