Strategic and operational leadership across Production, Logistics, Operations, and Sales, reporting directly to the General Manager, with responsibility for a team of 300 people and the mandate to drive transformation and operational excellence.Full P&L ownership with a focus on sustainable growth, operational efficiency, innovation, and enhanced customer satisfaction, in the context of a business entering a new cycle of development and expansion in Portugal.

Job Description

  • Lead and coordinate all operations across Production, Logistics, and Sales, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement, focusing on efficiency, quality, and cost optimization.
  • Manage and develop a team of 300+ employees, fostering a high-performance culture and strong leadership pipeline.
  • Own and manage the full P&L, ensuring financial targets are met and sustainable growth is achieved.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions, promoting customer satisfaction and operational agility.
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager and executive team, contributing to national strategy and transformation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, safeguarding the company's operational integrity.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in leading multi-site operations, ideally within industrial or service-based environments.
  • Strong track record in P&L management, with solid business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Leadership capabilities to manage large teams, drive engagement and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution, able to navigate transformation and operational change.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
