Renowned for their commitment to innovation and quality, they operate numerous facilities across the UK.Job DescriptionTo lead the management of the Integrated and Network operations across multiple sites. To facilitate Project Implementation, Site Setups, Operational Improvement Programmes, Cost Saving Initiatives and as required, direct site support.Establishing norms and standards of performance. Monitoring production performance and organisational and operational processes. Collaborating with other stakeholders to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction. Communicating ideas and opinions to other members of management.Annual savings objectives will be set and agreed, you will lead the program to identify and delivery these savings.You will identify and deliver service improvement activity across the business through employing leadership direction, strategic implementation of business objectives and the implementation of contractual terms and business principles.This is a group role with responsibility for multiple internal and customer driven objectives.
