Job Description

  • Develop and implement a regional A&M procurement strategy aligned with business unit goals and long-term growth plans.
  • Lead supplier relationship management, risk mitigation, and performance improvement across all A&M channels.
  • Deliver year-on-year productivity and sustainable ROI through strategic sourcing and commercial excellence.
  • Redefine and transition marketing procurement responsibilities in a greenfield transformation environment.
  • Establish governance frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management protocols for the A&M category.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support innovation, product launches, and commercial calendar execution.
  • Drive supplier innovation and leverage market insights to enhance value delivery.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Procurement, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in senior procurement or agency roles with a strong focus on A&M categories.
  • Deep expertise in category management, strategic sourcing, and supplier negotiations.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of supply market dynamics.
  • CIPSA or equivalent procurement certification is a plus.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead complex negotiations.
  • Skilled in contract management, risk analysis, and commercial governance.
