Job Description

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to penetrate new markets and strengthen existing customer relationships.
  • Drive sales performance to meet and exceed revenue and margin targets.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience in data center or related industries, with strong technical and sales background.
  • Significant leadership experience managing regional teams.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; willing to travel across South East Asia.
