Job Description

  • Creating annual and long term sales plans aligned to the Strategic Plans and Key Initiatives
  • Building a sales pipeline with the support of the marketing team, based in the UK and USA
  • Attending and exhibiting at Tradeshows, building the pre event activity and post event follow up
  • Leveraging a Brand toolkit, developing our Brand experience and Look & Feel through Retail and Online
  • Optimise our customers promotional and lead generation effectiveness, supporting Sell Through
  • Alongside the marketing manager, developing tailored marketing support for Key Strategic Partners
  • Market and Competitor Insight, bringing that Insight in to actionable plans with the wider team
  • Work effectively with key stakeholders in Finance, Customer Operations and Marketing, UK & USA based
  • Strong relationships and influencing with the wider Sales team and from time to time, our USA colleagues

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience working through Distributors, Retailers and Suppliers; Online and Offline
  • Workwear & Uniforms, Fashion and Lifestyle are all relevant Sector experience
  • Sales and marketing skills, focus is as much on sell out as it is on sell in
  • Broad commercial marketing skills, digital, retail; B2C and B2B would be ideal
  • Being self motivated, highly organized and a strong communicator will be key
  • Solid International experience, ideally in a B2B or Consumer led business
  • Working across the Sales and Marketing Mix, strong adaptable commercial individual
  • Ability to work well with others, fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to Travel across South America and elsewhere as required for the role
  • Working from Home, fluent in Spanish and English
