About Our Client
For our client, a fast growing company in the lubricants business, we are currently searching for an experience Regional Sales Manager CEE to support the development of its sales structure, its growth and profitability.
-Be responsible for the implementation of the Value Selling Strategy in the region via the constant follow-up and monitoring of the local value selling plans in the region.
-Be responsible for bringing the regional cross functional team (sales support, ITG Manager, Marketing, Product) together and ensure a motivated and engaged team.
-Drive the monthly business tracking meetings and make sure each team member delivers the necessary input for these meetings.
-Provide P&L leadership (profitability focus) for the region and will apply the regional standard margins and prices.
-Be responsible for the accuracy of the forecast of the region.
-Be responsible for the implementation of the regional agreements regarding logistics, ordering and payments terms.
-Work together with the product department and give input for defining the regional product mix (upselling-cross selling) and technical-commercial training/collaterals to support the distributors.
-Implement the regional NPI strategy defined by the product and marketing department.
The Successful Applicant
-A strong knowledge in international markets within the region, sales and business development
-min 8 to 12 years of sales management in the automotive aftermarket sector with a strong knowledge of the AM channel and the main clients and buying groups (ITG).
-Experience in Channel Marketing strategies (B2B-B2B2C).
-Strong knowledge in technical products automotive aftermarket.
-Ability to travel extensively, work independently and learn continuously.
-Good knowledge of MS Office application.
-Fluent in English, French and Dutch are a plus.
