  • As Regional Sales Manager/ Director - APAC, reporting to the head of APAC, you will be responsible for acquiring and expanding relationships with sell-side banking and capital markets clients across the region. This is a hunter role for someone who thrives on building new business, navigating complex sales cycles, and delivering strategic technology solutions to investment banking and trading desks.



Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the sales strategy for APAC, targeting Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks, broker-dealers, and capital markets firms
  • Identify and engage senior decision-makers across trading, risk, operations, and technology functions
  • Drive full-cycle enterprise sales: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and executive teams to tailor solutions and accelerate adoption
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across the region
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting

The Successful Applicant

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of enterprise sales experience in capital markets technology, trading platforms, or investment banking solutions
  • Proven track record of selling into sell-side institutions across APAC
  • Deep understanding of trading workflows, risk management, and operations in capital markets
  • Hunter mentality with strong networking, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Based in Singapore with willingness to travel across APAC
  • Excellent communication and executive presence
