About Our Client
Our client is a global award-winning Marketplace platform with key mission of providing premium products and services to high net-worth individuals.
Reporting directly to Regional MD, this role will be working as a lean team with core focus on aligning overall business strategy, sales process, go-to-market methodologies across different BUs on its award-winning platform that provides premium products and services.
Acting as the strategist and go-to person, you will be assisting the BU Heads on different departmental initiatives ranging from incentive schemes, talent development to new product/services development based on different stages.
On a more macro-level, you will be working with senior leaders on potential organic/inorganic growth opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should speak fluent Chinese and English with proven track record in luxury goods/services industry at senior capacity. Solid knowledge and understanding about high net-worth individual is a must while you should be able to bridge the silos across BUs and influence different level of stakeholders and specialists without directly managing them. Prior general management/sales/strategy experience will be required but the individual must be comfortable working independently.
