We represent one of the world's largest consumer companies that has a strong international brand name known for their long-term strategy and innovation. Due to talent mobility, there is now an opportunity for an experienced talent acquisition professional to join the APAC team.

Job Description

Reporting to the APAC Head of HR, this individual will lead a team to develop the regional talent acquisition strategy, driving transformation and employer branding projects to ensure progressive and futurist best practices to the organisation. Additionally, this individual will also be a champion for the regional talent sourcing hub, shaping a proactive approach to ensure a robust talent pipeline for critical positions and delivering on the recruiting needs for top talents in the region, driving a winning culture in the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

With a minimum of 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience, this individual will ideally have both agency and in-house experiences from international organisation, with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experiences in talent acquisition and employer branding topics. You will come across as agile, adaptable with a sense of urgency, with ability to build authentic relationships with both internal and external stakeholders cross-culturally.
